Purpose of the Job:
To nurture and develop a select number of strategic pharmaceutical clients at both regional and global levels. You will excel at identifying, managing, nurturing and creating business opportunities with existing clients while bridging the communications between our internal delivery teams and the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction by keeping them well-informed and addressing issues proactively, whilst working with internal teams to ensure they have all the relevant information to be able to execute accordingly
- Client communication and management, serving as liaison between client and internal teams (as needed)
- Develop proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), briefs and timelines in conjunction with the project management team
- Provide timely and accurate client status updates with associated documentation and correspondence as needed
Growth – new and organic
- Manage designated accounts, including estimating, invoice management and revenue and financial forecasting
- Assist in advancing clients through the sales pathway and upselling new products and services, by supporting the team with respective sales and pitch documentation
- Apply strategic and creative thinking across development of plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating these insights into client recommendations

- Represent huumun’s culture and values externally
- Maintain credibility and a positive, professional image
- Support the Global Client Partner and client services team
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. (3-5 years of experience)
- Digitally fluent, with knowledge of the latest digital trends (e.g., multichannel, CLM, mobile)
- Proven account management skills
- Excellent client management and relationship skills
- Strong communication skills – clear, enthusiastic, and engaging
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Enthusiasm and tenacity
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Commitment to delivering on time, on budget, and on brief
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desirable but Not Essential:
- Experience in a digital, healthcare, or pharma agency
- Experience managing international client accounts and budgets
