Digital Learning Specialist (Remote)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Specialist role within our fast growing Learning and Capability Team, based in Customer Experience with a focus on product and solutions for our Clients.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week working from home, once you have passed your probation.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing digital learning experiences. You will bring deep expertise in digital learning design, enabling the Learning and Capability Team to deliver high-quality learning solutions efficiently and in line with our strategic goals. As a key contributor, you will also act as a role model for the team, promoting innovative ways of working to support the successful execution of our roadmap.

What you’ll be doing…

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design digital learning assets, such as software simulations, explainer videos and “how-to” guides.
• Leverage your expertise in digital learning and adult learning principles to translate strategic themes into impactful learning solutions aligned with our Learning Experience Design Principles.
• Utilize advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., the Articulate Suite) to enhance the efficiency of training design and delivery for key users and the broader community.
• Apply strong consulting skills to scope, measure, and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and recommend key metrics to track and report progress against strategic roadmap initiatives.
• Use software editing tools (e.g., Camtasia) to create video and other premium digital content that delivers engaging, modern learning experiences for employees and customers

Your Talents…

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and knowledge management.
• Skilled at using data-driven storytelling to deliver insights and secure stakeholder engagement.
• Proven expertise in project and change management, introducing and embedding new processes.
• Experienced in stakeholder management and collaboration within hybrid work environments.
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems (e.g., LearnUpon), methodologies (e.g., ADDIE), and continuous improvement practices.
• A basic understanding and interest in digital accessibility and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience producing and adhering to brand guidelines to produce visual appealing learning assets / artefacts.
• Able to foster active, learner-focused experiences with an emphasis on transformative, flexible learning, digital assessments, and enhanced learning outcomes.
