Position Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in the development, execution, and optimization of our digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for managing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, improving SEO performance, conducting A/B tests on digital assets, and analyzing data to drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital advertising, strong analytical skills, and a passion for achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
PPC Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and ongoing campaign optimization to improve ROI.
- Monitor budget allocation and ensure campaigns are running efficiently within the allocated budget.
SEO Strategy and Optimization:
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website content for SEO, including writing blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to inform SEO decisions and drive organic traffic growth.
- Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Lead A/B testing efforts for landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Work with the creative team to test different versions of ad creatives and landing pages, measuring performance and iterating for better results.
- Analyze test results, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key KPIs such as ROI, click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms to track performance and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.
- Develop and deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance marketing strategies.
Content Strategy and Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure the creation of high-quality digital assets (ad creatives, landing pages, etc.) that align with brand guidelines and performance goals.
- Contribute to the development of content strategies for social media, paid ads, and website optimization to drive engagement and conversion.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, PPC, SEO, and A/B testing to ensure strategies are modern, competitive, and effective.
- Experiment with new advertising platforms, tools, and techniques to keep the company’s digital marketing efforts innovative.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in PPC, SEO, and A/B testing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and A/B testing software (Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Reddit Ads and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; comfortable working with large datasets.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred:
- Google Ads or Bing Ads certification.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS) is a bonus.
