Dot.vu, the leader in Interactive Content solutions, is revolutionizing how businesses connect with their audiences. We’re searching for a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist who is an expert in data-driven advertising, lead acquisition, and CRM management.
The Role
As a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist, you’ll take ownership of our paid advertising strategy, lead generation, email automation, and CRM management. Your deep technical expertise in ad platforms and analytical skills will drive performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Manage and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Microsoft Ads, covering search, social, display, video, and discovery formats.
- Utilize advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimizations to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
- Expert in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, and advanced features like remarketing, conversion tracking, and campaign automation.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio for campaign analysis and performance reporting.
- Design comprehensive reports that include insights on ad performance, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve campaigns and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in setting up and managing tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and integration with CRM systems.
Lead Acquisition & Management
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality leads through paid ads and content marketing.
- Oversee lead scoring, qualification, and nurturing within the CRM system.
Email Automation & CRM
- Design and manage automated email workflows tailored to the customer journey (Experience in CRM like Active campaign is an added advantage).
- Segment audiences for personalized campaigns that increase engagement and conversions.
- Maintain and optimize CRM data for accurate tracking, reporting, and seamless campaign integration.
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze ad performance metrics using platforms like Google Analytics and Excel to inform strategies.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights on campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data to achieve optimal results.
Qualifications & requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven expertise in lead acquisition and email automation (Preferably in a B2B environment).
- Deep understanding of paid ad strategies, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and creating workflows to nurture leads through the funnel.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional English language skills (native level proficiency preferred).
- valid permit to work in Malaysia.
Required Technical Skills
- Ad Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), WordPress.
- Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, Expertise in setting up tracking mechanisms (e.g., pixels, UTM parameters).
- CRM & Email Automation: Active Campaign (or similar CRM tools).
- Added Advantaged: Experience in using Data Analysis Tools like SQL & Power BI.
