We are looking to hire an SEO & SEM Expert (SME), who will be essential in managing strategic SEO & SEM activities, ensuring the best possible campaign performance, and fostering efficient client communication.
How your day would look like at Uplers?
As an SEO & SEM Expert (SME), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic SEO & SEM initiatives, ensuring the highest level of campaign performance, and facilitating effective client communication. Your expertise will guide your team to achieve exceptional results in on-page, off-page, local, technical SEO, and Paid marketing campaign performance and optimisation providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve overall business objectives.
Strategic Oversight:
- Provide leadership and guidance in the development of comprehensive SEO & SEM strategies for
client campaigns.
- Analyze website performance, identify opportunities, and define long-term SEO & SEM objectives.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee and manage multiple SEO & SEM campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and
industry best practices.
- Monitor and track project progress, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
Team Supervision:
- Mentor and train SEO & SEM Analysts, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance.
Client Communication:
- Act as clients’ primary point of contact, effectively conveying campaign progress, results, and
recommendations.
- Manage client expectations regarding organic and paid performance and business growth.

Performance Analysis:
- Review and assess SEO & SEM Analysts’ work, providing constructive feedback and meeting quality
standards.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of SEO& SEM initiatives.
Innovation and Strategy:
- Stay updated on the latest SEO & SEM trends, algorithms, and industry developments.
- Brainstorm and introduce innovative SEO & SEM tactics and growth strategies based on client
niche and goals.
Reporting and Insights:
- Review website performance reports and share suggestions/feedback. Walkthrough report to the
client.
- Analyze traffic and keyword trends, and offer the client valuable insights and actionable
recommendations.
- Customize reports for e-commerce clients, focusing on keywords, traffic, and customer acquisition.
Collaborative Approach:
- Collaborate with SEO & SEM Analysts to ensure effective technical and on-page SEO, content
optimization, and link-building strategies, paid campaign management, and Strategy building.
