looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive all channelswithin performance, CRM, content, and social media.Why should you join them?Very well-established business, still family owned and operated.Work in a small marketing team of 8, giving you exposure and the chanceto take ownership.Opportunity to manage an exec, as well as external agencies, and workclosely with the ecommerce team.Good mix of hands on, strategy, tech and creative work.Real opportunity to own and develop their social channels and content,as a focus in the role.Opportunity to work with brands such as L’Oreal, Wella andBabyliss.Lovely people with a relaxed but hard-working culture – big onsocials and wellbeing.The RoleYou will work under the Marketing Manager and own all digital channels.You can expect to:Work with the Marketing Manager to devise and execute profitableacquisition and retention strategies.Own and develop the CRM strategy to aid marketing objectives and driveprofit.Devise and implement email automation journeys, using Emarsys.Own and develop social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook), with a DigitalMarketing Exec to support and execute.Work with and manage an external agency on all paid media campaigns(PPC and paid social).Manage monthly budgets.Manage reporting and analysis with Google Analytics.YouThis role will suit someone with a hands-on background in all digitalchannels, who is passionate about, and excited to work within the beautyindustry. You’ll need:5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, within an ecommerceenvironment (ideally beauty/retail/fashion)Excellent knowledge of email marketing, automation software andCRM.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and bestpractices, with a passion for staying on top of trends.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate withother teams and influence stakeholders.Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports and trends using webanalytics tools and digital marketing performance metrics.
