Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager at Farid will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various online platforms. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the content and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Goals and Required Outputs:

• Increase Farid’s brand awareness, audience engagement, and subscription rates through digital channels.

• Meet or exceed monthly digital marketing goals, including lead generation, traffic growth, and conversions.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with Farid’s mission and objectives.

• Optimize Farid’s website and social media platforms to improve search rankings, traffic, and engagement.

• Effectively manage the digital marketing budget to achieve the best ROI.

Key Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement a digital marketing strategy that includes SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.

• Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

• SEO/SEM: Optimize Farid’s website content for search engines, ensuring top rankings for relevant keywords. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.

• Content Marketing: Develop content strategies that enhance engagement, including blogs, videos, and interactive media, to drive traffic and boost brand visibility.

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance and adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions.

• Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns that engage and convert leads, including segmentation, automation, and personalized messaging.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, social media ads, and display ads to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in Farid’s digital branding and voice across all online platforms.

Skills and Experience:

• Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid ads.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies to improve performance.

• Creativity: Ability to create innovative campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.

• Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.

• Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and best practices.

• Experience managing a digital marketing budget and optimizing for ROI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is a plus.
