We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, currently in the launch phase, focused on driving our direct-to-consumer AI-powered fitness software—Virtfit. Virtfit is a cutting-edge fitness solution that empowers anyone, anywhere, with the tools they need to transform their fitness journey. We’re expanding rapidly and aiming to reach a global audience, making fitness accessible to all, regardless of location. As we pivot to this D2C model, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving user acquisition, brand growth, and our expansion into global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead and execute our D2C Go-To-Market strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and long-term retention for Virtfit as we scale globally.
Partnerships & Collaboration: Build and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and strategic partners to create compelling campaigns and expand our reach.
Social Media & Content: Oversee social media planning and execution, working closely with influencers and creators to generate engaging content that resonates with a global audience.
SEO & SEM: Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies, leverage Google Analytics GA4, and use SEMrush or similar tools to improve visibility and measure performance.
Data-Driven Growth: Track key performance metrics, refine marketing strategies, and ensure sustainable growth with a strong focus on data collection and insights to drive our AI-driven features.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in the D2C space or with SaaS startups.
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, ASO, app marketing, and international digital campaigns.
Expertise in Google Analytics GA4, SEMrush, and other marketing platforms.
Strong ability to lead social media campaigns and manage influencer relationships.
Comfortable working with data, identifying growth opportunities, and optimising strategies for scale.
Knowledge of the fitness industry or experience working in global tech startups is an advantage.
