About The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of their digital marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll focus on driving high-quality leads and boosting brand visibility across various channels. As a key player in scaling their marketing efforts, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership to deliver growth and achieve ambitious goals and help the company scale.

This role will focus on lead generation and brand awareness for a B2B audience.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Execution

• Own and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy aimed at generating leads and increasing brand awareness.
• Drive business decisions to support growth metrics and hit target KPIs.
• Plan, manage, and monitor diverse marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and exposure.

Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze keywords, web traffic, and market trends to guide data-driven decisions.
• Monitor user conversion and engagement to grow traffic across multiple channels.
• Develop SEO strategies, including optimizing content and targeting long-tail keywords to boost organic traffic.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Track and report on campaign performance and traffic growth, providing actionable insights.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
• Work closely with the sales team to set shared goals and create cohesive strategies that align marketing and revenue objectives.

Who You Are

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and brand growth.
• Proven success in scaling marketing efforts during the growth phase of a startup.
• Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot (or similar CRM/Marketing Automation platforms).
• Comfortable working in growth sprints and leveraging the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
• Fluency in English, and German

• You’re a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Curious and quick to learn, you’re all about taking initiative and getting things done.
• You have a good sense of humour and thrive in start-up environments

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in a start-up and scale-up environment
• Passion for sustainability
• German and English speaking
