OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
We’re looking for an ambitious Operations Director at 121. The ideal candidate should be someone who is
always looking for non-traditional ways to solve problems and who is eager to join a company obsessed
with customer service excellence.
THE RIGHT FIT
- Degree in administration, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Client Management: Extensive experience managing key client
relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- 10+ experience in a managerial position in the operation of an agency in the United States.
- 10+ years of experience with customer service focusing on digital recommendations.
- 10+ years of experience with fortune 500 clients.
- Technical knowledge of managing a Digital Agency.
- Tech and Web Development Knowledge: Understanding of web development languages (HTML,
CSS, JavaScript) and platforms (WordPress, Shopify) to oversee technical teams and ensure the
quality of deliverables.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, development,
and account management. Experience in hiring, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve high
performance is essential.
- Collaboration and problem-solving.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Meet the business objectives established for the year, supervise and coordinate all client
relationships in the assigned region (Americas) through a multicultural team of executives,
supervisors and account managers for all full service network of agencies.
- Constant search for upselling in the region and opening of new business sections in existing clients,
as well as follow-up of contacts to different companies in the region.
- Supplying work to the installed capacity in the different production hubs, marketing all the products
and services that the group of companies can offer (Staffing, Design, Digital, Productions, Strategic
Planning and Creativity).
- Manage 121 client service team.
- Maintain business development .
- Develop current customers.
- Resolve internal challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
