Job Summary:
The Documentation Specialist/Change Control Manager will be a part of a team supporting the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). An administrative professional who is responsible for maintenance of company documents, the Documentation Specialist must be a team player and be able to coordinate and work with a variety of personnel. This role requires being detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision. A professional demeanor is a must and must be able to work with customers in a polite and respectful manner, always providing outstanding customer service.
Base Salary: $50,000-$54,000
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Create, manage, and track all program related change requests
- Create and maintain technical documents, validate correctness or technical specifications, and create and maintain current and future ITTT SOPs
- Create and maintain technical drawings for networks/systems covered under the PWS and provide annual reviews of same, to include providing updates to Program System Engineers
- Create, maintain, file, and distribute relevant DeCA documentation using existing DeCA office automation products (e.g., MS Office, including Visio)
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Manage Programs Customer facing SharePoint site
Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years’ documented experience with:
- Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe at a technical writer level
- SharePoint Mid-level Administration skills
- Remedy user
- Detail oriented
- Ability to Solve problems
- Technical or Cybersecurity background is helpful
- Well organized
- Team player
Education/Certifications:
- Associate degree (A.A./A.S.) in a related field or at minimum two (2) years’ experience in similar field
- Security clearance not required, but desirable
- Must be able to be approved for a Common-Access Card through the DOD Screening Process
