Job Summary:

As an Engagement Coordinator at Enlighten.Net, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring the successful customer implementation of our solution. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple customer-facing projects, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with various teams to meet project goals and customer expectations. This is a fully remote position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US and preferably near one of our existing locations (Connecticut, North Carolina, Florida).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the customer’s interests as the project key stakeholder. 
  • Facilitate Teams meetings
  • Understand the customer’s vision and how the implementation will transform their business.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for the portfolio of projects.
  • Ensure the successful completion of multiple customer-facing engagements.
  • Coordinate resource schedules with customers, partners and internal team members.
  • Communicate with customers on issues including scope, time, and budget.
  • Escalate issues internally to ensure proper visibility on technical and customer relationship concerns.
  • Solve immediate problems and implement better ways to address root causes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent engagements.

Essential Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
  • 4+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 1+ years of Project Management experience
  • Corporate Training or Education experience
  • Accounts Payable processing experience a plus
  • Experience with Epicor’s Prophet21 a plus
