Internal Role Title: Account Executive
New Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities within large organizations ( Fortune 500) that would benefit from the company’s tech solutions.
Collaborating with Internal Cross-Functional Teams: Closely working with internal teams like Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and Channels teams to ensure the success of the territory
Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (C-level executives, IT directors, etc.) within enterprise accounts.
Client Upsell and Retention: Work to retain existing customers by continuously providing value, addressing concerns, and seeking to upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Develop Sales Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within an assigned territory or account base
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed and up-to-date CRM system with accurate information on leads, deals, and forecasts.
Regular Reporting: Provide regular sales performance updates to senior leadership, including progress against quotas, key account developments, and competitive insights.
Requirements
- 10+ years of tech solution sales experience to enterprise organisations in ASEAN
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise software technical solutions, particularly selling in the DevOps space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and large sales cycles and drive revenue growth within new and existing accounts
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments and geographies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
