Job summary
Responsibilities / Capabilities:
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices
- Develop and maintenance of enterprise level artefacts to guide delivery standards and manage Enterprise Solutions
- Design, develop, and implement IT solutions that meet the needs of the business; interpretation of business strategy then into a suite of capabilities; market insight and innovation into technology strategy
- Work with the business to ensure that solutions are aligned with the company’s strategic goals Support business lines/division, build roadmaps and value streams – bridge strategy and IT execution gap; IT strategic planning process
- Strong understanding in areas of Data, DevOps, Security, Integration, custom application development/modernization and cloud/cloud native migration/adoption
- At least 10 years’ experience working within the IT Management area advising business stakeholders in their transformation journey
- Proven expertise & certification on EA architectural frameworks and tools
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
- Be able to analyze information flows, see connections, patterns and draw boundaries
- Have good leadership qualities and the ability to see the whole picture and present information that is relevant in the context
- Have the ability and willingness to learn new things, be flexible and be able to adapt to changes
- Knowledge of regulatory/risk issues basis of recommending product/technical improvements

Demonstrates a sound understanding of EA frameworks – TOGAF and its principles.
Can apply frameworks to develop and manage IT architecture projects.
Modeling Languages
Has experience using EA tools like Archimate/LeanIX/Sparx etc to visualize and analyze IT architectures.
Can create and interpret EA models for complex systems.
Solution Optimization
Understands the importance of evaluating solutions based on business needs and technical feasibility.
Can identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new solutions.
Communication Skills
Can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Can present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Knowledge of Common IT Solutions
Possesses a general understanding of ERP and PLM systems commonly used in manufacturing.
Can articulate the specific features and functionalities of ERP and PLM systems used in the manufacturing industry.
Solution Tailoring
Can tailor IT solutions (e.g., Pricing solution) to meet the specific needs of a manufacturing company’s IT landscape.
Can assess the compatibility of pricing solutions with existing IT systems and propose modifications if necessary.
