DESCRIPTION

Equisolve, a digital agency based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a remote team spread throughout the US, specializes in corporate and investor relations websites for publicly traded companies. We are looking for an experienced, organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and manage web development projects. Our new Project Manager will act as the client’s main point of contact on assigned projects and will see each project through from the initial stakeholder interview to the launch of the site. You will work closely with our content strategists, designers and developers to ensure the project exceeds client expectations and is delivered on-time, within budget, and with the highest quality in the Equisolve tradition.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage web development projects from start to finish
  • Schedule resources to ensure timelines are kept
  • Keep the project in scope and manage changes to project scope
  • Develop an understanding of the client’s needs and goals to give clear direction to the team
  • Review work for quality, completeness, and to ensure it meets client needs
  • Present work to the client, gather feedback and communicate with the team
  • Follow up with clients on items needed and approvals
  • Quarterback amazing web projects for some of the world’s best brands

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years experience managing web-related projects in a digital agency environment
  • Understand design, user experience, and content strategy and are able to communicate concepts from these disciplines
  • Strong technical background and ability to formulate solutions to complex problems
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Familiar with content management systems
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills to pull the team together and deliver great projects
  • CAPM certification preferred PMP is even better
