The Role You’ll Play:
As the General Manager of our European Automotive Dealership, you will lead the organization with a strategic vision, overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving sales, fostering team growth, and maintaining the dealership’s reputation as a trusted brand within the European market.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve dealership goals in sales, service, and profitability.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments, ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets, analyze performance metrics, and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure the dealership adheres to local, national, and European automotive regulations and standards.
- Market Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion, including partnerships, marketing initiatives, and new revenue streams.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record in automotive dealership management, ideally in the European market.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen to manage budgets and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of European automotive regulations, market trends, and customer expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in automotive sales or dealership management.
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language (preferred)
- Experience working with Chinese electric vehicles and their brands and importing them from China to Europe.
