Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join us as Executive Vice President, based in Stockholm. In partnership with the group CEO, you will lead key commercial strategies and implementations in Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Compliance. As the primary representative in Sweden, you will manage a local team, report directly to the group CEO, and collaborate with the board of directors and key ownership groups.

Responsibilities:

Execute commercial strategies for sales, marketing, and channel expansion.
Lead negotiations with business partners, distributors, and suppliers.
Develop and manage fundraising strategies and related marketing and PR activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and regulatory bodies in Sweden.

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek a dynamic individual with a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and at least 8 years of experience in finance, including leadership roles. The ideal candidate has experience in asset management, capital markets, or senior financial roles, with a proven track record in fundraising, sales and investor relations.

You should have strong knowledge investment management, fund structures, and financial services, along with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Leadership qualities and exceptional communication abilities are essential. Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
