The candidate must be comfortable with working to define scope, projectplans and execute on clear deliverables with strong communication andpresentation skills, working with all levels of the healthcareorganization. The candidate will have the ability to succinctly describe complextechnical concepts into clinical and business language appropriate for thedifferent audiences. This role will require an individual to be adaptable, flexible,personable as well as, comfortable to provide clarity during periods ofambiguity while being tactical during execution.Expert Project Manager Mandatory Skills10-12 years managing large, complex EHR implementation projects withmultiple work streams, vendors, and business partners, to create andexecute on project work plans, revising as appropriate to meet changingneeds and requirements.Experience using PMP tooling like Jira, Smartsheets, ServiceNow ITBMfor managing Project Management workflows and Microsoft Server (DynamicScheduling) for project management plan development, maintenance,reporting, and dashboard.Ability to lead teams to develop infrastructure requirements anddocumentation within established timelines and project scope.Excellent interpersonal, client service, organizational, and projectmanagement skills.Experience working in a cross functional matrixed environment.Excellent analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills.Proven ability to establish strong relationships across business andtechnology and can deal with conflict resolution in a timely and effectivemanner.Strong demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal) with theability to effectively translate complex integration and technical conceptsinto business and clinical language for different audiences.Previous experience as a project manager working across diverseclinical, technical, informatics and advance analytics stakeholders andteams.Expert Project Manager Nice-To-Have SkillsExperience working in highly structured PMO environments.Experience working in Health Authority clinical and technicalenvironments.Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
