Fashion Designer (Remote)

Join our creative team as a Fashion Designer, where you’ll bring to life unique apparel designs that capture our brand’s relaxed and contemporary vibe. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our marketing, production, and sales departments to infuse fresh and innovative ideas into our collections, ensuring our products shine brightly in the competitive market.

Location: LATAM

Schedule: Full-time, 9-6 EST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or Merchandising.
• 3-4 years of experience in fashion or apparel design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Proven track record working with B2B clients, startups, and American customers.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Preferred: Experience designing hoodies or casualwear.
• Preferred: Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other CAD tools.
• Strong sketching, illustration, and technical design capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of fabrics, materials, and garment construction.
• Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and streetwear culture.

Main Tools to manage for this position

• Miscrosoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
• Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks.
• Teams: Meetings, Categories and Channels.

Responsibilities

• Design original apparel, including hoodies and other casualwear, that align with our brand identity.
• Research and analyze fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inspire innovative designs.
• Create detailed sketches, design concepts, and technical drawings to visualize ideas.
• Select and recommend fabrics, colors, and materials to bring your designs to fruition.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs from concept to final product.
• Participate in fitting sessions to refine and perfect garment designs.
• Manage project timelines to ensure all design initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, exploring new product ideas and design directions.
