Job Title: Figma UX/UI Designer

Our client, an innovative startup, is on the cusp of launching a transformative communications platform designed for “people on mission.” This platform is especially suited for individuals engaged with nonprofits, facilitating a secure and efficient method to share updates with their supporters. Combining the interactive appeal of Instagram with the functionality of email newsletters, the platform is set to support multiple languages and prioritize user privacy and security.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, 25–35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We Are Looking For…

A UI/UX designer that is well experienced with Figma. This is an intermediate to senior level design role and needs someone that is not new to the design field. Someone that is creative and shows understanding and appreciation for cutting edge, modern design. We are looking for a designer that is organized and pays attention to detail and consistency. Understanding UI and UX is a must.

Daily Tasks:

• Collaboration: Daily collaboration with the client’s founder and design team, ensuring active participation and input.
• Meetings: Attendance at weekly team meetings every Monday at 9 AM PST, with additional Zoom calls for design reviews as required.
• Communication: Engage in regular, almost daily communication with the team to discuss and refine design concepts and directions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of solid experience with Figma.
• Must be familiar with most of Figma’s features and can show competence in using Figma’s latest features for efficient development.
• Experience designing mobile apps and web applications.
• Must have experience with Adobe and be able to change file types and do minor graphic design work at times using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• C1-Level English proficiency.
