Position Overview

As a Financial Planning Analyst at the company, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with various stakeholders, including Business Leaders and Finance. You will play a key role in solving complex problems that have a direct impact on our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass financial planning, budgeting, and short and long-term forecasting. You will interpret financial results, effectively communicate the financial narrative, and implement mechanisms for new reporting insights at scale, with the goal of making data more actionable. Reporting directly to the Manager of FP&A, this position offers significant exposure to the CFO and the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the entire revenue cycle management process, from prescription to cash.

Review, analyze, and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at each step of the SWO to Cash process.

Measure performance at regional, territorial, and team levels (e.g., COS, BCA, etc.).

Create financial models and reporting tools to provide insights into past performance and future trends, guiding decision-making.

Gather and consolidate monthly risks and opportunities.

Promote coordination and alignment across functions by implementing best practices and consistent processes for efficient and effective financial support.

Provide financial guidance and perform ad-hoc analysis as required.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or a related field (Accounting, Business, Economics, or similar).

Demonstrated financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.

Highly proficient in Excel.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.

Experience with technology tools and the ability to implement tools is preferred.

Attention to detail and the ability to handle ambiguity.

Ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.

Capable of meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing workload.

Ability to collaborate across functions and within a team environment.

Preferred

MBA and/or CPA.

Experience with technology tools and implementation.

Experience within the Healthcare and Medical Device industries.

Annualized between $85,000 and $114,000, depending on experience and location.
