We have partnered with Netflix, a global leader in streaming entertainment, to provide exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking customers. As a Finnish Speaking Customer Service representative for Netflix, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing support for their streaming experience. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the high standards of customer service that Netflix is known for.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their streaming accounts
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with streaming devices
- Provide recommendations and guidance on content selection
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain knowledge of Netflix products, services, and features
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
