Position Summary

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Fleet Development Manager? We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, driven, and ready to make a real impact. As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying, securing, and nurturing relationships with fleet accounts while exploring new opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

Engage with fleet clients in our designated territory to promote and sell our range of products and services.

Collaborate closely with our dealer network to meet the diverse needs of our clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enhance our current offerings and stay ahead of the competition.

Manage a portfolio of top-tier fleet accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Support national and strategic initiatives to expand our market presence and drive business growth.

Provide training and guidance to our dealer customer sales representatives to ensure they’re equipped to deliver excellence.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, sharing valuable insights with the team to inform strategic decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering lasting relationships.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.

A passion for innovation and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
