Key Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of essential internal tools that enhance data-driven clinical operations.
• Create tools tailored for both clinicians and patients, ensuring improvements in the quality and efficiency of clinical care.
• Develop and expand the data stack to effectively track, analyze, and report critical metrics that influence clinical and operational decisions.
• Oversee API-based integrations, ensuring seamless interoperability across various platforms.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with 1-2 years specializing in full-stack product development using technologies such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, and AWS.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity or working closely within a team of engineers in a rapidly growing startup environment.
• The ability to define technical specifications and design scalable system architecture with a focus on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and impact.
• Experience in managing cloud-based IT infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure optimal system performance.
• Strong expertise in API development and integrations, facilitating smooth connections between disparate systems.
• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, contributing to the entire development stack.
• A capability to conduct thorough code reviews, validate system architecture, and ensure robust database designs.
