We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in building scalable web applications, integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless user experiences. This is a long-term opportunity with a commitment of 4 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Backend Development:
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices.
• Implement secure and efficient server-side logic and data storage solutions.
• Database Management:
• Design and maintain MongoDB databases, ensuring data security and reliability.
• Optimize queries and handle database schema updates.
• Collaboration & Agile Practices:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, project managers) to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct unit testing and debugging.
• Identify and fix bugs, ensuring robust and error-free functionality.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation:
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in web development.
• Propose and implement improvements to the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
• Strong expertise in React.js for front-end development.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for back-end development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Mongoose, and database design.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack MERN Developer.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale web applications.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹353,972.12 – ₹580,000.00 per year
