We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of professional experience to drive our software development initiatives. The Full Stack Developer will work across both frontend and backend systems, ensuring that our technology stack aligns with the company’s business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern web development practices, particularly in eCommerce, mobile development, or retail tech, working closely with engineering and product teams to build high-quality, scalable solutions.

This role requires a balance between technical leadership and hands-on development, with an emphasis on building robust, scalable, and maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Lead and participate in the development of frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality code delivery.
• Architect, design, and optimize systems across the full technology stack, including frontend user interfaces, backend services, and databases.
• Actively write and review code for critical projects, ensuring best practices are followed in Remix-based web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations to align technical efforts with business objectives.
• Ensure database performance and scalability through the design and optimization of PostgreSQL databases.
• Drive the implementation of DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automated deployments.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and full-stack development methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript in both frontend and backend environments.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Remix for building dynamic user interfaces and full-stack web applications.
• Expertise in Node.js for backend development, API design, and server-side logic.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases for database design and management.
• Strong experience with GraphQL for building scalable and efficient APIs.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs for developing scalable backend systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
