Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Founding Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Expanding and optimizing the data stack to monitor, analyze, and report essential metrics that inform clinical and operational strategies.
• Overseeing API-based integrations to guarantee seamless interoperability across platforms.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 1-2 years dedicated to full-stack product development using technologies like Node.js, React, TypeScript, and AWS.
• A proven track record of leading or collaborating with engineering teams, especially within high-growth startup settings with evolving product landscapes.
• Strong proficiency in defining technical requirements and designing system architecture, emphasizing feasibility, timing, costs, and impact.
• Experience in managing cloud-based IT infrastructures (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Expertise in API development and integration, with a focus on creating efficient connections between systems.
• A balanced skill set in both frontend and backend development, contributing across the entire technology stack.
• An aptitude for conducting comprehensive code reviews and ensuring systematic database design.
