Job Description:
DTN is looking for a skilled performance marketing leader with a passion for results. This full-time strategic role combines enthusiasm, discipline and metrics into the strategies that guide the DTN marketing teams responsible for building and executing omnichannel campaigns. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience across a wide variety of marketing disciplines that support a large, complex organization. A strategic mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills are needed to further motivate and mentor a dynamic and talented team of marketing professionals.
The Global Performance Marketing Leader will actively manage campaign strategy and planning, monitoring implementation, budgets, performance analysis, and optimization across a diverse, global product portfolio. An ability to partner closely with internal and external stakeholders is required in order drive excellence into the creative, program tactics and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable increases in customer acquisition and conversion. The appetite to test and learn and the courage to recommend new ideas and processes is beneficial from a leader who is comfortable with change, eager to embrace innovation and drive business growth.
  • Directs the strategic approach and development of campaign requirements across all industries, solutions, capabilities and/or product lines
  • Translates and aligns business priorities and product marketing input for the development of structured marketing plans
  • Sets campaign purpose, outcomes and budget for integrated marketing plan implementation
  • Sets and monitors marketing processes and performance metrics for optimal effectiveness of marketing events, campaigns and plans
  • Accountable for performance metrics within annual business plan and continuous improvement of ROI over time
  • Approves marketing messages, plans, tactics and program metrics
  • Establishes customer-centric, full-funnel processes including awareness and demand gen, and collaborating with Product and Customer Success on retention and product migration plans.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or other relevant discipline
  • 10+ years in an integrated marketing role with at least 5 years of team leadership and executive reporting experience
  • Proven experience delivering measurable, integrated marketing plans that support business and customer growth
  • Significant SaaS experience in AgBiz, Refined Fuels, and Weather markets
  • Superior presentation, written and verbal communications skills
