About The Opportunity

The Revenue Enablement Consultant Principal is responsible for ensuring that business decisions around people, processes, products, policies, and tools affecting Enterprise level sales roles are executed, maintained, and constantly analyzed for greatest impact. This individual will keep consistent, strategic communication and interactions with segment executives on high-profile projects and initiatives. The Revenue Enablement Principal must ensure ’s go-to-market strategy and plans in these areas are effectively communicated, behavior change occurs, and leadership coaching reinforces the desired results. They will analyze and advise on required changes to operational procedures and provide guidance to Enablement and GTM (Go to Market) strategies within the assigned regional organization. Additional operational and functional team interactions will be required to drive revenue goals in the organization. This individual works with Global and Area vice presidents in segment as well as Operational SVP & VP stakeholders.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Possess executive presence and expert level business acumen in sales, go-to-market, and sales operations (i.e., Tech and SaaS (Software as a Service) product development, sales, implementation, customer success, service operations, and support).
  • Execute advanced Challenger Methodology behaviors to model and coach for field effectiveness.
  • Strategizes with SVP, AVP levels of executive leadership to drive organizational readiness by maintaining a schedule of product, process, policy, tool, and initiative rollouts.
  • Provides proactive thought leadership around new revenue initiatives and programs.
  • Leads and develops interactions with sales leaders about sales force performance and our role in improving it.
  • Designs and collaborates with Sales Communication and Revenue Enablement COE to impact the culture and deployment of sales effectiveness initiatives.
  • Responsible for adoption/utilization of Salesforce.com and other sales tools and platforms.
  • Woks with autonomy to define, solve for problems and implement solutions proactively, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Manages multiple tasks and plans for critical and time-sensitive initiatives and/or projects.
  • Measurement & Evaluation: Deliver metrics that assess the effectiveness of sales training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. These metrics may include:
  • First Year Retention
  • First Year Productivity
  • Certification of Strategic initiatives
  • Completion of Development programs
  • Front Line Leader engagement
  • Adoption of Tools & Methodology
  • Alignment with Operational Playbook; Demand Gen; Sales Play execution.
  • NPS (Net Promoter Scores) of Enablement

  • Skills And Experience We Value

    • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent relevant work experience.
    • Extensive Experience (10+ Years) working in Enterprise tech sales environment.
    • Proficient in Salesforce.com & other sales tools for prospecting and closing.
    • Demonstrated understanding of SaaS product development and market readiness process.
    • Experience with sales and sales leadership, and essential selling skills (such as business acumen, account planning, territory planning, overcoming objections, and closing).
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Previous program management experience with the ability to lead a cross-functional program/project (5-10+ yrs. in Sales Enablement)
    • Ability to address cross-functional and cross-organizational issues independently.
    • Ability to find needs, design enablement solutions, and deliver solutions to the sales team with credibility and impact.
    • Ability to travel up to 20%.
