Graphic Designer Video Editor (Remote)

Job description / Role

Graphic Design:

Design eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, and social media posts to promote our travel packages and services.
Develop branding materials, including logos, business cards, and presentations, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets for websites, newsletters, and digital ads.
Ensure that all visuals align with the company’s aesthetic and communicate the luxurious and adventurous experiences offered by Skylife Holidays.
Video Editing:

Edit and produce high-quality promotional videos, travel reels, and destination highlights that inspire and excite potential customers.
Create engaging travel content for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Assemble raw footage, add effects, sound, and graphics to create polished final products.
Stay updated on current video editing trends and incorporate them to keep content fresh and dynamic.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure that all designs and videos effectively communicate key messages and align with the company’s goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
Content Management:

Organize and manage video and graphic content libraries for easy access and future use.
Optimize media for web and social media platforms ensuring fast load times and mobile-friendly designs.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects.
Experience in creating both short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in motion graphics or animation.
Photography and videography skills are a plus.
Understanding of SEO, video marketing, and social media algorithms.
