At IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd., we pride ourselves on being a leading IT service provider in India, delivering a comprehensive range of web design and development services, digital marketing, ERP / CRM Solutions, E-Commerce, Video Production to clients all over India. As a Growth Hacker, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities and implementing innovative, data-driven strategies to enhance client acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Your duties will be

Develop and execute growth strategies for client acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
Identify new channels, tools, and trends that can drive sustainable growth.
Develop and implement viral marketing tactics to drive organic growth.
Communicate regularly with department heads to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and provide insights for better lead generation strategies.
Regularly present growth plans, progress, and data-driven insights to senior leadership.
Serve as a mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Identify potential strategic alliances with other organizations / products that can lead to co-marketing opportunities or new customer segments.
Investigate and experiment with new marketing channels and technologies to identify innovative ways to reach and engage prospects.

Please apply only if you have:

Experience in B2B or SaaS growth marketing.
Proven experience in lead generation with a track record of achieving measurable growth in the domestic Indian market.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with department heads and teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Positive, results-driven attitude with a focus on team development and company-wide growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
