We seek an exceptional leader to build a high-performing team and establish WIZIO as the go-to PropTech solution in the Egypt off-plan property sector. Having a deep understanding of the Egypt real estate landscape and a strong network within the industry are essential for success in this role. Leveraging your expertise and forging strategic alliances will be paramount. Your ability to navigate the unique dynamics of the Egypt market and exceed ambitious sales goals will be instrumental in propelling WIZIO to the forefront.
Build Equity in Your Future
For the initial 3 months, your compensation will be commission-based, reflecting your immediate achievements. This initial period allows you to demonstrate your capabilities and unlock the true power of this partnership. After a successful probationary period, you’ll be eligible for a unique partnership vesting structure. This innovative approach allows you to share in the long-term success of WIZIO Egypt, directly tying your rewards to the company’s growth.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Leverage your deep understanding of the Egypt real estate market to secure partnerships with leading developers.
- Become a Egypt PropTech champion, negotiating deals and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Build and lead a dynamic team is Riyadh.
- Develop and implement winning growth strategies tailored to the Egypt market.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities specific to the Egypt.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Egypt property market.
You’re the ideal candidate if you have:
- A strong understanding of the Egypt real estate market and a proven track record of success within the industry (essential).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Experience in contract negotiation (essential).
- 5+ years of experience in the Egypt real estate industry (essential).
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Understanding of Egypt legal and regulatory landscape for real estate.
