Job Role – Global Sales Leader – Business Solutions and Innovations
We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Professional with a proven track record of success in selling IT services to businesses, especially in the international market.The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics and a strong understanding of how technology solutions can improve logistics operations.
As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with technical teams to develop solutions that meet the customer needs.
JOB PURPOSE (Responsibilities)
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Manage sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and self upgrading.
- Conduct product demonstrations via online conferences. Write proposals and response to RFIs/RFPs
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (Requirements & Skills )
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in an international context. (Strong understanding of logistics operations and how technology solutions can improve them is desirable but not a Roadblock. SCM domain experience is a High Plus)
- Working experience for international market specially in North America, Europe and Middle East
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people.
- Strong presentation skills, especially for tele-sales and online presentations
- Experience in using Social Media Sites to generate leads and sales.
- Expert negotiating contracts and pricing along with RFI / RFP
- Willingness to travel as per Business Needs
