Job Description
We’re seeking ambitious, experienced B2B Sales Professionals who are passionate about supporting startups and founders. As a remote sales professional with Mobius Ventures, you’ll have the flexibility to rotate across four distinct offerings, each designed to meet the unique needs of founders and small businesses. If you have an established network of founders, investors, or small business owners, this is your chance to leverage it for even greater success.
This role has high earning potential, with on-target earnings of $250K annually. Weekly commission payouts start immediately, and after a 3-month probationary period, you’ll receive a competitive base salary as well. We provide all leads, marketing resources, and in-depth product training to set you up for success in every way.
Key Offerings
- Consulting Services: Provide strategic operational support for startups.
- Capital Raising Support: Connect founders to our network of over 1,000 accredited investors.
- Product Development Contracts: Offer tailored solutions for startups’ product development needs.
- Fund Services: Deliver back-office support to family offices, venture capital firms, and hedge funds.
Responsibilities
- Sales Across Multiple Offerings: Identify client needs across our services and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Utilize company-provided leads and resources to pursue and close new sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and repeat business.
- Master Product Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings through extensive training.
- Meet Sales Targets: Aim for annual on-target earnings of $250K, with contract values ranging from $18K to $180K.
- Collaborate with the Team: Engage closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, ideally in startup or finance sectors.
- Network: An established network of founders, investors, or small business owners is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communicator, skilled negotiator, and highly organized.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital sales technology and tools.
- Immediate Availability: Ready to start and make an impact from day one.
