Egypt. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Job Description
Main Duties:
– Lead and inspire a team of department heads to deliver outstanding service and maintain high operational standards
– Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction
– Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
– Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
– Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
– Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies
– Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
– Implement and monitor quality management systems to achieve and exceed industry standards
– Identify training needs and coordinate with HR to develop and execute learning programs
– Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge
– Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize operational efficiency
– Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve hotel operations.
Requirements:
– Master’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
– 10-15 years of experience in 4-5 star hotel management, with a proven track record of success
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
– Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
– Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
– In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, standards, and best practices
– Expertise in revenue management and yield optimization
– Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
– Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
– Experience in crisis management and ability to handle high-pressure situations
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
– Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic industry.
