This market-leading company is seeking a capable and engaging HR practitioner to work alongside a talented HR team and provide advice and counsel to internal stakeholders. The company is built on talent and attracting and appointing key HR practitioners to the team is just as important as bringing on board all other job types that make the business so successful. 

This role will see you working as a key people advisor to your internal clients. You will coach and influence your stakeholders around all HR matters and including recruitment, talent management, succession, culture and leadership. You will work on the annual calendar of HR projects and events; including performance reviews and remuneration reviews. You will be supported by a small but collegiate HR team, including SMEs, and a highly skilled and supportive HR leader.   

You will be keen to take on a role in a high performance environment where people are eager to do their best work. You will understand the pressures and rewards inherent to a business with a strong sales culture and which creates a wonderful product that is fundamental to our lives. You will be able to navigate how best to deliver fit-for-purpose HR solutions to both the every day and also the novel issues which arise.  You will enjoy working with senior leaders who are genuinely engaged in developing their people. 

Solid experience in performance management and the application of ER law will hold you in good stead but your commitment to striving for the best outcome in all situations will ensure your success. This role will suit a practitioner who enjoys the cut and thrust of a high performance but down-to-earth culture and loves adding value as a truly commercial HR business partner.
