What You Can Expect

The Shared Services Team Leader will play an integral role in overseeing the delivery of HR Operations activity across EMEA based employees.

Leading teams of employees based in country and employees based in the GBS center, Warsaw Poland, this team will deliver all Operational HR activity required to ensure the smooth running of all Operational HR Activity.

Working closely with the HR BP’s, COE’s and business leaders the role will blend knowledge of the local HR requirements to ensure the HR Shared Service Team’s are able to delivery the HR activity required to run our diverse business


How You’ll Create Impact

  • Providing Line management, leadership & coaching to the Operations HR teams, whether based in country or in the GBS center
  • Change Management: Strong partnership skills are critical, including the ability to challenge and influence leadership, processes and practices across the Shared Services Teams – creating a culture of striving for best practice
  • Provide guidance and leadership across a geographically disperse team, overseeing all HR Operational Activities for the designated region, including:
  • HR Data Entry
  • Employee record management
  • Benefit Administration
  • Employee Relations
  • Local Trade Union / Workers council requirements
  • Ad Hoc Letter Generation
  • Car Fleet Management
  • Undertake specific project work to enable implementation of the HR plans, policies and procedures, adding value to the whole business.
  • Develop and analyse management information reporting to business managers and HR as needed
  • Develop, attend and support interviews and assessment days
  • Working with managers and other HR team members to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new recruits

Develop and update the company’s HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure alignment, as appropriate with EMEA HR practices and initiatives.

Your Background

  • Proven operational generalist HR experience operating at a similar level, providing dedicated support to an internal client
  • People management experience
  • Change Management experience; driving process change
  • Experience of using HR Systems such as Success Factors
  • Fluent in English, French or Spanish – nice to have


Travel Expectations

  • Requirement to travel on ad hoc basis to the Regional Geographies and attend business meetings
