What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HRIS solutions for SMEs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with HRIS solutions tailored to SME markets and should demonstrate strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and configure HRIS solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and execute project plans for HRIS implementation projects, including creating timelines, identifying milestones, and managing project resources
- Conduct HRIS system configuration, including setting up user accounts, defining workflows, and configuring access settings
- Ensure that all HR data is accurately and securely migrated from the organization’s existing systems to the new HRIS system
- Provide training to end-users on how to use the HRIS system, including conducting workshops, creating user manuals, and developing training materials
- Create and maintain documentation related to the HRIS implementation, including system requirements, process flows, and user manuals
- Offer ongoing support to end-users after the HRIS system is implemented, including troubleshooting issues, addressing user concerns, and providing guidance on system usage
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, with a focus on SME markets
- Hands-on experience with HRIS solutions
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Excel or SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills related to data-related challenges
