Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Consultant to join our Federal Reserve Account team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and IDM best practices and possess intermediate to advanced SailPoint IdentityIQ experience in medium to large enterprise environments. As a SailPoint Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, development, and maintenance of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, configure connectors, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to the success of our SailPoint infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and document SailPoint IdentityIQ platform in accordance with business requirements and enterprise security policies.
• Collaborate with architects and SMEs to configure connectors for LDAP, AD, Oracle, Windows local, Remedy, and CyberArk EPV.
• Manage role/owner/group membership, user life-cycle management, re-certification, and report generation.
• Troubleshoot incidents in both development and production environments.
• Interact with auditors to provide implementation details and compliance data.
• Coordinate with application and operations teams to ensure successful upgrades of infrastructure components and application code.
• Participate in incident and change management processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive work instructions and deployment documentation.
• Provide after-hours on-call support as needed.

Required Skills and/or Product Knowledge:

• Intermediate to advanced SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
• Deployment, configuration, and connector configuration expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong knowledge of the Identity and Access Management landscape, including user provisioning systems, directories, virtual directories, and access compliance and reporting systems.
• Proficiency in creating custom Java classes within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Experience with SailPoint APIs, REST APIs, and application/target system integration.
• Familiarity with n-tier architecture.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot time-sensitive production issues.
• Understanding of PKI certificates and their use in secure environments.
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and software development life cycle.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and adherence to quality and security standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within technical teams and with customers.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ certification.
• Experience working with Directories such as PingDirectory, AD, and others.
• Experience with Access Management tools like PingOne, SiteMinder, and PingFederate.
• Familiarity with on-premises and Enterprise Cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Experience working in an ITIL environment and with service ticketing systems.
