Implementation Api Engineer (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand client needs and deliver tailored integration solutions.
• Engage directly with customers during onboarding and implementation to ensure successful integration and address technical challenges.
• Manage and implement integrations between our platforms and clients external systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document integration workflows and maintain an up-to-date integration library.
• Collaborate with the development team to suggest and build custom APIs for new platform integrations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with API development and integration.
• Experience working directly with customers in order to find solutions
• Proficiency in JavaScript and a strong understanding of how APIs work
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience with integration services and libraries.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Project Management.
