We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated enterprise Implementation Project Manager to lead the implementation of our TigerConnect solutions for clinical workflow optimization. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the project from initiation to closure, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating project risks, and ensuring that customer value and ROI is achieved.
What You’ll Own:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and communicate these to project stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the implementation of TigerConnect solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, solution design, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the project
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including risk management, change management, TigerConnect workflow implementation standards, and quality assurance
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including status reporting and escalation of issues
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members, including managing resources, providing guidance and feedback, and promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate
- Conduct project post-mortems and identify opportunities for process improvement
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and 2+ years of experience plus demonstrated success in enterprise project management, preferably in a healthcare or SaaS environment
- Exceptional customer relationship skills – proven ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
- Experience implementing applications that streamline and optimize clinical workflows
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational skills – demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining clear attention to detail
- Healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Ability to travel up to 50%
How We Pay:
- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
- We are targeting a base salary from $66,400 to $133,000
- You will also be eligible to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
