As part of the senior management team the position of Installation and Commissioning Manager will be responsible to drive the achievement of key organisational outcomes. 

Reporting to the Managing Director you will have a competent understanding of what makes our clients businesses tick. Our Eagles Nest (Head office) is based in Orange NSW however this role can be located remotely in Victoria or Southern NSW and will require regularly travel weekly to project sites. 

As an experienced Leader you will be responsible to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget, and ultimately exceeding our clients’ expectations. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of all installation and commissioning requirements for multiple projects on the eastern seaboard of Australia and our expansion into New Zealand. 
  • Providing technical troubleshooting and system support, including programming and resolving issues with cloud-based software for system management and diagnostics.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress, including deliverables, timelines, and any potential risks or delays.
  • Being the primary liaison between suppliers, trade contractors, and farmers to ensure clear communication and successful project execution.
  • Handling conflict resolution, addressing customer complaints, and providing timely, effective solutions.
  • Overseeing the warranty process, ensuring timely resolutions for customers experiencing issues related to product performance.
  • Reviewing business processes to minimise risk and deliver profitable project outcomes.
  • Leading, coaching and mentoring which promotes clear lines of communication and a ‘what not who’ approach to build further transparency, accountability and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensuring safe work practices and legislative compliance is being achieved particularly with regard to work health & safety.

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Have demonstrated business management exposure ideally underpinned by trade qualifications.
  • Have demonstrated experience managing project costs and improving margins where possible. 
  • Have refined people skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and resilience to juggle the competing priorities of the position.
