Key Responsibilities: Change Leadership: As our Change Manager, you will be the driving force behind positive disruption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze upcoming changes, and communicate their significance to stakeholders. Metrics & Reporting: You will be responsible for tracking change requests, approval status, and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our transformation initiatives. Matrix Management: Navigate the complexities of matrix management, especially with regard to privacy and compliance aspects, ensuring seamless integration into our MSS. Influence & Communication: You will have the opportunity to influence a team of 40-50 professionals, guiding them through change and fostering a positive environment. Requirements: Experience : 2-3 years in a similar IT Change Management role. Certifications : Possession of PM Certifications and MSS experience is highly desirable. Any recognized certifications such as ITIL, Sigma, or PMI are a plus. Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
