About the role:

As an Iteration Manager, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers’ business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate QA rotation.
• Code review rotation.
• Daily meeting hosting rotation.
• Other Scrum and Kanban related tasks on the daily basis.

Our Requirement:

• +5 years of demonstrated experience in similar roles.
• A leader that demonstrates high leadership qualities and an interest in being responsible for guiding team members.
• Very good at handling people with diplomacy and at making people accountable without sounding aggressive.
• The person must know about statistics and how to interpret data and create reports based on this. Must be familiar with Jira and be perfectly comfortable with extracting reports from it and manipulating the reports and interpreting the data provided.
• Must be good at foreseeing pitfalls in workflows and finding efficiencies.
• English must be fluent (B2+ or C1), both in writing and spoken to provide excellent communication levels.
• Clarity and abundance of communication is key for this position.
• Must be very good at organizing his work and the work of others.
• Must also be very good at organizing calendars and schedules and at finding optimal ways to assign work to people so that they are always busy.

Nice to have:

• Technical knowledge (as a plus)

• C# full stack senior/lead role in the past.
• Knowledge in .Net core.
• Knowledge in SQL.
