  As part of Uber’s customer service support team, you’ll provide top-notch assistance across various platforms. Depending on your assigned line of business, you’ll handle voice, chat, and social media inquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  Your responsabilities:

  Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience and you will be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way.

  Eats – Beyond support:

  – Efficiently handle menu uploads and audits.
  – Guide restaurants through onboarding and support delivery partners.

  Restaurant – Core support:

  – Provide high-quality service via email and phone.
  – Educate and assist restaurants with app usage.

  Rides – Transportation:

  – Deliver top-notch service across email, social media, and chat.
  – Resolve application and geolocation issues with empathy.

  Eater – Chat:

  – Provide excellent support via chat and phone.
  – Resolve order problems and enhance consumer experience.

  Our expectations:

  • You speak Dutch in proficiency
  • Intermediate English level
  • You are looking for an energetic environment
  • You are looking for a temporary job or you are open to change the project after one month

  • Working schedule: Monday-Sunday, 08:00- 23:00 (5 days/week, 40h/week, 8h/day) ; 2 rotating days off
