About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a talent for uncovering high-quality leads? We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and support an exciting sales and sponsorship campaigns. You’ll play a key role in identifying and building a database of potential prospects, ensuring our sales team has the tools to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough online research to identify potential leads within specified industries or target markets.
• Utilise tools, databases, and websites to gather accurate and relevant contact information.
• Compile and maintain an organized, up-to-date list of leads, including names, email addresses, job titles, and company details.
• Ensure all lead data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with campaign goals.
• Assist in segmenting and categorising leads for targeted outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales campaign.

What We’re Looking For

• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to handle large datasets and ensure accuracy.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Experience: Prior experience in lead generation, especially in B2B sales campaigns, is a plus.
• Familiarity: Comfortable using LinkedIn, company websites, and CRM tools to source information.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
• Results-Driven: A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
