Now we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Transaction Monitoring Product Manager to play a key role in leading the development and enhancement of our transaction monitoring solutions, tailored for Fintech and banking clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the financial industry, regulatory requirements, and a proven track record in product management.

What You Will Be Doing

• Orchestrating cross-functional partnership with engineering, research, and design, collaborating seamlessly to define the product roadmap and drive execution
• Leading the transaction monitoring product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements and creating user stories
• Ensuring that all Sumsub’s transaction monitoring products comply with relevant regulatory frameworks, including AML regulations
• Engaging with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that our products address the specific needs of Fintech and banking clients
• Proactive identifying of the project risks and roadblocks, and communicating the risks to key internal and external stakeholders
• Defining the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the billing and payments product suite and monitoring product performance
• Staying updated on regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the product roadmap
• Constant improvement of services automation

About You

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focusing on transaction monitoring, compliance, or related financial technology products
• Proven experience working with Fintechs and banks, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulatory requirements
• Deep knowledge of client’s business requirements, understanding how to pack the product
• In-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, CFT, and other relevant regulatory frameworks
• At least basic analytics skills (SQL), and analytics experience with any stack would be a plus
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
