Lifecycle Marketing Manager Senior Manager | Welovesupermom Pte Ltd | Malaysia

Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and expanding fast in Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as other SEA countries, we are now looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager/ Senior Manager, to be part of this exciting growth story.

Responsibilities

• Own Singapore and Malaysia revenue targets for conversion from existing user base.
• End-to-end planning and executing campaigns across email, Whatsapp/SMS, and in-app touchpoints to drive cross-sell targets. This includes identifying suitable segments within our user base for each campaign, bundling different campaigns together where the target segment is the same, drafting compelling direct-response content, sending out the content from our CRM, and reporting on conversion results.
• Map out triggers and content based on user actions, and work with Martech team to build automated email workflows for welcoming, nurturing, and timely cross-sell.
• Continuously optimise automated email flows to improve performance.
• Design and conduct A/B tests for campaign optimisation and improvement.
• Track and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion, providing actionable insights and recommendation to improve on campaign performance.
• Gatekeeper of customer contact to prevent spamming from the various campaign teams; responsible for minimising Unsubscribe rate.
• Champion data quality internally, influencing data collection teams to improve the quality and accuracy of the data they collect, so you can farm the base more effectively.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in email/Whatsapp marketing and CRM.
• This is an individual contributor role.
