Candidate should reside in or around Philadelphia to be considered for this role.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading assigned distributors in their assigned region, with the possibility of performing similar work as needed throughout the region participating in crew drives.
- Responsible for penetrating all levels of the DSD network to include brand managers, sales leaders and distributor management. Strong distributor leadership skills are a must.
- Develop and maintain a solid business relationship with the good 2 grow account teams in both the immediate consumption and large format channels.
- Thorough understanding of account’s business and operational strategies
- Execute Business plan to allow for the attainment of assigned targets and objectives
- Deliver agreed upon volume and market share objectives for good2grow
Desired Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of sales, DSD sales experience, Supplier sales experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, regionally.

- The ideal candidate will be team oriented with a strong attention to detail, have a competitive spirit with strong analytical thinking. This person will also be hardworking, ambitious, and confident.
