Are you a proven agency account lead with a track record of growing account revenue by more than 20% year-over-year? We are looking for top performers in account management with a growth mindset and a hunger to contribute more to leverage to drive net-new growth for our agency. We will teach you how to mobilize your consultative marketing skills to drive agency revenue growth. Five years of agency account management experience with strong account growth performance is required. One year of outbound sales experience or experience developing successful outbound ABM strategies for clients is ideal. Leverage our fully documented sales process to grow your compensation, give you more freedom in your day, and elevate out of the daily grind of account management.

 

Candidates must be based out of one of the following metro areas: Memphis, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Minneapolis, or the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area.

Position Overview

As a Regional Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to leverage your expertise in account growth and outbound ABM programs to drive new business. You’ll have the opportunity to transition from managing existing accounts to creating new opportunities, with the support of a leading B2B agency known for its guaranteed marketing ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in one of RedRover’s target markets.
  • Utilize your consultative, solution-focused sales approach to secure and close new business.
  • Collaborate with an internal lead generation team, while also independently generating leads.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Documented track record of growing accounts by more than 20% YoY through targeted, intentional planning.
  • Experience building successful outbound ABM programs for clients.
  • Not afraid of rejection and driven to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and sales plan development.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial sector, or logistics is a plus but not required.
  • Experience consistently closing $60K+ per month in new business.
  • Expertise in prospect qualification, sales presentation development, and CRM usage a bonus — even if you were simply part of a pitch team.
